A Business Plan
A business plan is the outline for taking a business idea (a product or service) and turning it into a commercially viable reality. It may be referred as a road map of business. Without a business plan, the business and its owner may be lost on its own operations!
Planning is essential in life. I can’t stress this point enough. Most of us do planning and not even realize it. Consider, for example, your day tomorrow. How will you accomplish all of your tasks? That’s right, by planning!Now, there is a difference between planning in your mind and planning in writing. Creating a business plan is all about the latter, putting your business ideas on paper!!!
Please Note:The business planning needs of small companies are very different from those of their larger counterparts. First of all, small firms lack the resources and influence of large companies. Second, smaller companies worry more about survival today than conquering the world tomorrow.
