Uganda to be a corruption free state after m7.

I feel sorry for our state of affairs in this country.The corruption rank is really bad.So many officials in the government have been implicated but all has been null and avoid.What's funny,billions of money were lost in the chogm but all the implicated are now clean.Bukenya was swimming in the corruption waters,he even went to jail.I think its a leadership problem right from top to bottom.The question of character in this country doesnot hold water anny more.If its to go when m7 is still arround,then, all Ugandans must rise up and fight the vice collectively short of that it will go after m7's politics.That will be when??????????????????.
